In an attempt to save time and complications in the future, we thought it would be a good idea to provide our customers and their relative artwork departments, with a list of the various Software/ Programmes and Files / Format we use at the moment. So when you send a file using the same criterion (software and files ) as we use, we can then guarantee that we can process your pictures, fonts, graphics etc. and react with the utmost of speed and quality and thus supplying our customers with an even better, quicker service in the future.

So, when sending fonts or graphics in future, please use the following programmes and format types:
The Software / Programmes are as follows:

Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Corel Draw 11, Free Hand 8.0, Adobe Illustrator 10

The File / Format types are as follows:

cdr , bmp, ebs, jpeg, psd, tif, ai

Important: Please send us data as ...
a) grafics file + font files or
b) bitmap file only in the above file formats.
Do not forget to include your font files, otherwise it can happen, that we can not work with your data.
